11. How long does license activation take?

After you submit the transaction and enter your TX Hash / TX ID, verification usually takes 2 to 3 minutes. Once the transaction is confirmed, the license activates automatically.

12. If I change the app or reinstall Windows, can I transfer the license?

No. The license is tied to your device Device ID and the app is sensitive to changes.

Any change to the Device ID may deactivate the license — contact support before hardware changes or a full OS reinstall.

13. The transaction was confirmed but the app did not activate — what should I do?

If the transaction is confirmed but the app stays inactive, contact support using the support ID on the Connect page in the app or on this website so the issue can be investigated.
